The Cross Keys is a real gem of a pub in Willenhall, and it’s only got better since coming under new management. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into making it a welcoming, well-run, and enjoyable place to visit.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly, with a real community feel that makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in.

Lovely approachable staff all round. Very good memory of custom, as I've only been there three times yet they remembered exactly who I was and remembered what I'd ordered. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating to parents who are visiting with disabled buggys. I have had a lovely comfortable experience everytime and they really interact well with their customers. Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Hired the pub for a 7th bday party. Staff are very friendly and polite. The whole experience of hiring to on the day was really great. Clean and welcoming.
