Giant's Burger — Restaurant in Watford

I'd give zero if I could. I used to love these guys, but today having to phone them after ordering almost £40 worth of food that never showed up, being given to 4 different members of staff to repeat myself, being interrupted, called rude when frustrated at the "service" they provided, barely helped, told to phone a number or cancel through their website that doesn't exist and you physically can't do, really has shown how disgusting and abysmal their customer service truly is. I will not recommend these guys to anyone ever again due to their staff.

Edit: we never received the food or any kind of help. They have us a number stating they don't know if it's the right one which was for a restaurant in America. We found another number for a dissolved company. We've had to go through the bank and claim this as theft/fraud as goods and services were...

Website said closed and at the bottom said open so we called to be sure he answered as a different restaurant! I asked if it was Giant Burger and he said no there at the back of the shop can I take your order🤔 hung up. We drove down there to find there was no name above the shop as we looked the Man came out and asked can he help turns out it’s Giant Burger. We ordered Chicken Fillet Burger Meal twice but milkshakes aren’t part of the deal so we had to pay separately for milkshakes. We waited 15 minutes for what looked like a substantial amount of food! Got home in 5mins the Chicken Fillet was over done on one side, Chips were old and cooked to oblivion, the only good part of this £30 meal was the milkshakes made with fresh bananas.
