Never have i experienced a restuarant be so utterly adamant that they had not made a mistake, to the point of going out of their way to call me just to harrass me about it, they didnt even let me speak to explain myself or offer a resolution, calling me names and speaking over me repeatedly. When I asked the man to let me speak, he chucked the phone over to someone else. I barely got a sentence out before I was shouted over again.
We sent back the one that said garlic on the packaging. If the kebab was wrong, you made a mistake.
I felt unsafe with the level they were happy to go to just to make a point, and how fun it seemed to be for them to blame me, and have multiple people harrass me on the phone about it.
I've genuinely never experienced this level of unprofessional behaviour from any business. I truly hope you change your behaviour, and that we had taken pictures to prove ourselves because sorry, you did make a mistake.
The most laughable thing they said on the phone call, was they 'CAN TELL WHEN A KEBAB HAS BEEN OPENED AND YOU HAVEN'T EVEN OPENED THIS'. Not only was it unwrapped on a plate, but I had also had a spoon fishing around in it to taste the sauce multiple times. So whoever passed you in kebab crime scene investigation may need to re evaluate you. Laughably insolent.

   Read moreAbsolutely disgusting customer service! We use this place a lot but will NEVER be using this again! Placed an order for delivery and was told it would take around 30minutes. Phoned them up an hour later to ask where the food was and kept being told its on its way. (We live about a 6 minute drive away). Our food turns up another 30 minutes later. When handed the bag I commented to the driver it doesn't feel very hot. To which he replied its just been cooked and put in a bag warmer. Upon opening the contents we found everything to be luke warm at very best and part of our order missing. I phoned them back and the reaction I got was incredible. "it is impossible for your food to be cold you only live down the road, we've had 200 f%#&!g orders and no one else has complained you're just taking the f%#&!g piss. The best I can do is send out the missing meals as soon as I can. An hour and a half later and nothing has arrived. Don't particularly fancy another rude ignorant conversation on the phone so I guess I need to cook my son some...

What a rude sassy reply. you do not respond to PAYING customers like that . i paid for food and expect good quality to be delivered, (other places can easily be consistent so why is it so difficult for you !) fyi the food the last few times has not been up to scratch as you can see i barely leave bad reviews so it is not just to attack a business. i did not ring up because look at how you have responded to other complaints in this comment section and these are over a year ago and you haven't made any improvement. my review wasn't rude in the slightest so to get a response with sass is honestly plain weird . especially from a middle aged man like yourself Ijaz.
