Tudor Cafe — Restaurant in Watford

Yeah, I don't know what to say. It's a pretty nice cafe. The food was ok. I had the lamb roast, which was ok, but for the price, I could not complain. Now, the service, the waitress does rush you, gets a little antsy, if you are not ready to order , kinda of one of those places in London city where , the expectation is to order quick, eat quick, now you finish go! But i kinda like the service, as although the waitress was antsy, I played antsy as well! So it was like a game , where we were competing and then a laugh at the end! Maybe it's part of the whole characteristic...

AVOID! New chef is the worst, will make your order wrong then blame customer and be very rude and smug about the situation and he himself is very unhygenic (watch him cook and you'll notice).

Till person will short change you and the owners daughter will sigh loudly at doing work and her Dad wonders why people go elsewhere.

I have just had a take away Jacket potato with chicken curry and salad. I wasn't expecting much and quite possibly a tinned chicken curry thrown in. It couldn't have been further from the truth....!
