King's Head Cacklebury — Restaurant in Wealden

This was our first time of calling at the King's Head. After having passed by on numerous occasions on route to Eastbourne. What had we missed, on arrival the customer service was excellent. We were directed to a very comfortable table set for two, we ordered stake pie with three veg, which included a choice of potatoes. I have to say this was with out s shadow of doubt the best home made meal we have ever had the pleasure to eat. And I can only say the same for the sweet that followed.

I would highly recommend this establishment to any fallow travelers. Amazing food, and the prices are just unbelievable.

Took my wife for a meal, food was to die for absolutely delicious and big portions.Wife had bacon and leak suet pudding with vegetables and i had sirlion steak with fries and salad cooked to perfection by mark the landlord who is a qualified and top chef. We were made most welcome by mark and anita landlady, and with the lovely atmosphere of pub this pub gets 5 star on a unbiased rating dont take my word try it wont disappoint. Mark&Ann...
