Used to order from here and it used to be good. But ordered food last night and me and my mother were disgusted.
Sambal prawns tasted bitter and were inedible, they also had raw Okra in it. The beef rendang was also so salty that it was inedible and we had to bin it. The beef ho fun was nice but the beef was tough and inedible, the only thing they didn’t screw up was the rice.
We called to try and sort it out with the restaurant and the woman was so rude. She tried to blame it on me because I put “No coriander” in the order comments as I have an allergy and always write this in case it is used before ordering Asian food. She then made an excuse to say that the flavour was that way due to the peppers in the dish (there were no peppers, only raw okra which is weird). We can only come to the conclusion that the chefs mistaken Okra for peppers 🤷🏻♀️
Their attitudes were just complacent and rude and another guy even said, “If it is too salty, eat more rice with it”.

Read moreFriendly welcome (like the one ages ago was a common habit of every restaurant) into a restaurant that seems a family run business. This place is small and nice inside, and I'm glad I didn't stop to the exterior appearances to decide whether to enter or not.
The menu offers a generous selection of dishes, some of them are part of the Malaysian culture. I went for some classic, though I regret having not picked some other specialties served to the tables close to us.
Food is generally OK; I thought there were an excessive note of salt, which seems more an impression than anything else.
The only negative, but not to class as a three star, is the fact my drink was brought sheaf poured in the glass. I'd like them to be served as they are, or eventually opened and poured in front of me.
