Pizza Hut Welwyn Garden City — Restaurant in Welwyn Hatfield

This Pizza Hut has appalling customer service. Phoned up in the first week it opened to order a delivery... The gentleman on the end of the phone did not know what he was doing, so I gave up. I put it down to the new shop opening and people learning their new roles. Left it a couple of weeks... Ordered a pizza, the pizza came with the incorrect toppings and the delivery man had forgotten the ice-cream to go with the cookie doughough dessert. I phoned up to notify them of their error and the gentleman on the end of the phone was helpful, apologised and told me he would put 2 free pizzas on my account and to tell them next time I rang to order. I phoned today wanting one of the free pizzas, the gentleman said there was nothing on my account and I had never rung from the number I was ringing from before, which was incorrect as I only have 1 telephone! I couldn't get any sense out of the gentleman so I gave up. It's a shame as I was very happy to have a pizza hut open in WGC, but I won't ever bother trying to order of pizza from them again. Use Just Eat or go to Dominoes/Papa John's to save...

I had a delivery on Saturday evening. Food arrived late and boxes and pizza was stone cold. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to the lady manager who apologised and said had to contact deliveroo for a full refund. Three days later and deliveroo have washed their hands and refuse to refund me. Why Pizza Hut don't address the bad drivers when complaints are made is unbelievable as it's affecting their business after all. Pizza Hut got their money and I got cold food. And they pass the buck to deliveroo without realising that that firm can cost them business. Shame on the owner passing the buck to me to contact HIS head office. Clearly his manager I spoke too didn't bother to tell him of my complaint. The driver from Deliveroo was Faheed for anyone who uses Deliveroo from here again. I've deleted it and will never uses this...

I've been eating in pizza huts since the 80s and never had a single complaint until now, food arrived cold despite being 5 mins drive away, and in a box that looked like it had been sat on, it was falling apart obviously the staff have been using a pile of them to sit their dirty ar$$es on, but that's not the worst thing the food was vile the tomato base tasted like they had blended up sweetcorn in it maybe it was out of date or they was running low on Sauce who knows, the stuffed crust tasted like and had the texture of a bicycle inner tube, the wedges was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle, can't believe I wasted nearly £40 on this only for it all to be thrown in the bin after a couple of slices... I wouldn't order from here again if it was free
