Beautiful traditional Pub beautifully set in Old Hatfield. Popped in yesterday with my hubby. Good selection of beers and lovely service from the lady at the bar. Warm & friendly Saturday early evening. Purchased drinks and hubby got a plate of Chilli and Rice for free. As long as you purchase a drink for £4.50. I had a bowl of chips which were £3 they certainly went down a treat! right old traditional pub grub!🙂 Great locals who made us feel so welcome & Doggy Friendly with a garden out the back. Will be back...

Frank Newcastle (Author) I popped into The Horse & Groom after a visit to the beautiful Hatfield House. I was too late in the afternoon for a meal but the ale was good and I enjoyed the nice and friendly atmosphere in this old pub. There were plenty of newspapers to read, the lady behind the bar was extremely friendly and the local guests were engaged in some funny banter. Definitely a pub I...
