I feel privileged to live in a town that has a quality coffee roastery run by people with passion. It was my first visit there today but Fern made me feel really welcome sharing a bit of her coffee wisdom with me.

I like the roughness of the place with obvious roastery focus rather than a cafe although it seemed like the cafe customers at that point in time liked the other end of the spectrum more 😊

It's still open despite of all the building works happening around!!

The best place to get coffee, especially if you're in the local area but it's also worth a the travel to get there. There's an excellent choice of coffee to have in or take away if you're in a rush. The beans you can buy are also the best I've had, if you have your own brewer or espresso machine I would recommend picking a bag up. The pour overs you can get in store are beautiful and sweet and made excellently! You also have a choice of some fresh baked goods, the 5 cereal croissants are incredible so worth picking one up. Sustain Coffee is at the pinnacle of roasting and serving specialty coffee. They have a solid understanding of different types of coffee beans, including flavour profiles and which coffee is best for each brewing method. When the coffee shop is open, it’s buzzing with positive vibes and laughter - they are a friendly and welcoming bunch. The venue has a cool, industrial ambiance to it as the roasting machine and coffee sacks are on display - this is unique when sitting for a cup of coffee and hard to come by....
