This establishment was a bit of a surprise. It is comfortable with really attentive staff who really make an effort to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as it can be. The food is excellent, my companion had a mild but very tasty Korma dish, i was torn between two dishes on the menu, but the waiter suggested that he make me something special as he was making it for another customer. My special dish was excellent, meat and vegetables in a spicy, not to hot but very flavorful sauce that was a real treat. We started with and excellent mixed platter for two, and accompanied the main meal wit chapatis. Peshawar Nan and fried rice. DO NOT order from this place. Staff very rude, we spent £90 on a takeaway and had to collect as they only deliver within 3 minutes drive. Got home with the takeaway and there were parts of the order missing. Called but received no apology and refused to deliver to our house which was 10 minute drive away, then told us we had 10 minutes to come and get it otherwise they were closing (before the closing time stated on website because they were quiet) when we explained we couldn't get there in 10 minutes as it was a 12 minute drive they replied see you in 10 minutes we're closing. No apology given when picking up have honestly never had such bad customer service. Food not very good, would never order...

Why have the take away portions shrunk dramatically? We are your regulars and noticed a significant difference. Ignored writing a review but had to do it after another skimped portions . If your prices go up again in April and the take away tubs are half full then we will go elsewhere. The onion salad was only a spoonful and the mint sauce was only enough for about 1/1.5 popadom. Mains about half or 3/4. When you pay the amount for a take away for 5 people you do not expect to get half the food in the containers! We’ll definitely order from another...
