THE TERRA PIZZA — Restaurant in West Oxfordshire

Me and my friend ordered a large Kebab and large chips. we placed our first order around 6 pm and the order Confirmation did not go through, so we was un sure if it went threw. So 1 and a half hour later we ordered another order for delivery again because our first order still hadn’t arrived. (Both of our orders got no email confirmation either)

An hour later our second order had not arrived, so we phoned up and we got awful customer service, the first woman we talked to had no patience with us and just handed us over to a man while we was explaining our situation. The man was rude, and unprofessional, he accused me of not having put my address on the delivery, he wanted us to pay for the 2 orders we never even received, and they said they would make us a “fresh” one considering ours had be sat there for 2 hours. The man also said that he didn’t even see our second order.

Less than 5 minutes later, the delivery man knocked on our door, we thought it was a bit weird how quick it was. We opened it and the chips were cold and soggy, (definitely reheated in the microwave). The worst part of it all was the kebab meat, was cold with a few warm-ish parts, as if they had just reheated our first order from 2 hours ago and just put it in the microwave for about a minute. We also noticed that the receipt was torn off the bag and I was handed a receipt at the door, where normally it’s already on the bag, we also saw that there was a staple on the bag where it should have been. On my receipt showed that I ordered an hour previously and had my address on which he claimed I didn’t even put, however that doesn’t even make any sense because it was done online so if I didn’t put an address it would not have let...

Hi I have to say what a lovely experience delivery came before expected the guy delivering the food looked close to retirement But so helpful had a nice two mins on the door made my day. Wife gone to the theatre thinking of myself I’ll order a kebab lol but two kids to feed pizza was a life saver and the chicken box lol one call happy days😬👍. Joking aside overall a five star rating I only put a three star because I have the kids to contend with lol...

Phoned them twice tonight for delivery was told they didn't deliver to to our address we have had them delivered here for years even telling them this and that we was ordering over £50 worth of food we was still told no so we went elsewhere another family member came over said she had got pizzas delivered and she lives over the road to me she then phoned them to see if they delivered and...
