As I have visited more than 100 restaurants in the world, I thought of visiting this place as we were in Carterton near Oxford for around 30 minutes.
The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because the food was somewhat okay and the customer service was extremely bad. The food was average and not that Authentic Indian as they claim. Service is very poor and never saw a smile on their face.
Even the Guy who served us, reluctantly told me that he is from Bangladesh. First he told me that he is from near India, which is a vague statement. I mean, why would you say I am from "near India" and can't say where you actually came from.
I felt that they are very forceful when they take your order and always force you to order more. I would never recommend anyone to go there. We went there for 30 minutes and the experience was not that pleasant.
It is common to add a little sugar or jaggery to some of the vegetable and lentils dishes in some part of India but most Indians don't put sugar in their cuisine. Some people might even laugh at you if you suggest to put sugar in curries.

We have recently enjoyed several superb takeaway/delivered meals, during each of the THREE periods of national lockdown. Ordered by phone, payment by card, everything ordered was delivered. The dishes matched eating in the restaurant. The only thing missing; the friendly in house service and atmosphere.
We have eaten here many times. Never been disappointed. The staff members are friendly and the food is well cooked and presented.
