WellâŚlosing a lot of stars, in such a short space of time. When I first tried this BK, I was impressed. It was an efficiently (if a little shabby looking) run restaurant, usually with a nice smiling face handing over the food. Previous weeks have told a very different story. Iâve been there recently and ordered food only to have to wait quite some time for the food to be prepared, and when it was prepared, it wasnât prepared very well. Yesterday I went there again hoping things might be a bit more efficient, but I was even more disappointed to find that the drive-through queue hadnât moved anywhere in 15 minutes. Luckily, I was at the back of the queue and I could reverse and disappear if I wanted to but others who were in that queue wouldâve had to wait it out. I decided to park in the car park and go into the restaurant and have a look to see if there was anything particularly interesting happening which might be causing such delays. Upon entering I saw a very stressed person (also looking quite unclean, like heâd rolled out of bed and put on a dirty uniform, who I imagine was a manager of some sort, with another member of staff standing next to him who perhaps looked like a trainee. The person who I think was a manager spoke very rudely to the trainee and waved him away while he continued to look stressed and quite annoyed with the till, while dealing with a customer.
This place really isnât being managed well. Burger King need to do something about it. It could be a great little restaurant. It just needs some nice people there who are capable of doing the job. Hopefully someone at head...

On complaining we were told it was due to the hot weather and they would replace them. When order arrived we tried the fresh drinks they were not better and the member of staff stated it was because the machine was old. We were offered alternative drinks which we accepted. We advised member of staff to inform other customers of the issue to which she said the only way she could get a new machine was if every one kept complaining. On sorting out the meals we were missing a burger and had extra nuggets. The burger had been left in the hot counter. The chips we had been waiting for so should have been hot were barely warm. The chicken burger had to have the lettuce removed from ithe as it was slimey and the bundle was soggy. Slightly frustratingly the restaurant was closed after 7pm and only the drive through was open.
The service through the drive through was slow, but the lady who took our order was the same as the one who took payment and handed out the food. At McDonald's they separate these tasks out, inevitably making everything speedier and giving the customers a more attentive experience.
On parking up we discovered that some chips and sauces were missing from our order. This was annoying as another trip through the drive through would be another lengthy experience, so we knocked on the back door! Someone popped right out and rectified the issue straight away, also giving us a larger portion of chips, which helped ease the annoyance.
