Park Hotel — Restaurant in Wigan

This pub is amazing the food is always great quality for money, fresh and super tasty 😁 we often come to the pub/restaurant after Drift Events at Three Sisters and attend in very large numbers. They always cater for us and look after us so well. We often have to split the bill and unlike most places they make this super easy to complete, makes such the difference when you are exhausted after an event.

The staff are incredible and the owner always greets me and even remembered me from over 2 years ago. Tonight when we visited Kara served us and was amazing at accommodating to all our requests. She was on the ball with all the orders, checked on us frequently and always asked us if we needed another drink, sauces or anything else. When you have a group of people between 10 - 15, it was more than we could have asked for. Kara also served us all with a smile and was fantastic tonight. Thank you Kara 😊

I highly recommend this pub for food, drinks, large groups and occasions. Lots of parking for trailers and larger vehicles. Defo a spot I will continue to recommend to any motorsport and karting friends when...

Absolutely shocking how bad our meals were. Steaks were grissly and couldn't cut through them. Fish was supposed to be cod but was just tasteless white fish... All the meal came out mixed up with other customers meals and half the meal didn't have the sides they were suppose to have. Had a family meal here 4 weeks previous and had a similar experience but put it down to a one off but clearly this isn't the case. Other customer was also disgusted with her steak and complaining. The park has definitely gone down hill and was very quiet for a Saturday, only a few dinning customers so really no reason for such poor service and poor quality food. Spoke with Manager who was very insistent that the fish was cod and wasn't even apologetic for the standard of food. When I paid the bill only reduction we had was for my cousins steak and no apology. Won't be going back until it's under new management totally disgusted in how management handles our complaint! We first came to the park in March as we got a 30% off voucher through the door. As soon as we walked in we got a friendly welcome from the owner. My 2 boys love it straight away as there was a pool table & darts so that was a winner. We had a lovely meal , hubby had a surf & turf , I had a chicken flat bread , my sons had a cowboy burger & chicken strips. The food was hot and really lovely. The lady complimented my boys on manners which was really nice. Today we returned this time for a Carvery. It was spot on , all hot and really well presented at the counter. The creamy Mediterranean potatoes were to die for and the braised red cabbage with the gammon was amazing. Kara served us & she wash lush , really friendly and bought extra ketchup for my youngest lol . We're coming back for sure with our pup 🐶 another winner because its dog friendly.
