1st time visiting this outlet as a eat in customer, it is bright and airy, the staff very friendly. We sat upstairs of which there are 21 3 flight's of 7, but being disabled we used the lift. Sitting upstairs in the large eating area was lovely, plenty of space between tables which have charging stations for your phone's, you can either plug your charger into the 3 pin plug, 2 usb ports or the fast table top one that charges your phone without wired connections if your phone is compatible. Will use this outlet as it is located within easy to reach location by car, or a little 5 minute walk from Woodchurch Road bus stop onto the industrial estate. We love the outdoor eating area in the warm weather, either eating at the long benches under individual parasols or the table and chairs. There is a little outdoor play area at the side of the building away from the car park but with not having little one's I have not seen it to give further information or opinion. As a family we absolutely love this outlet it feels grown up because it is not full of children like the one in Birkenhead, which we find vile, always over crowded and due to its design looks extremely dated and the tables are extremely close together. The mcdonalds at the rock retail park is a good step up from the Birkenhead branch but neither hold a candle to...
Read moreWell, I arrived at the drive through, was first at order machine, about 6 cars already in the line waiting to pay, voice says ill be with you in 1 minute, 6 mins later im still sitting there while all the cars behind are now in the next queue and being served, so drive to the payment window and told them, no apology just what do you want! Placed order for a coffee, and paid, when to collection and was told again to wait and 3rd window, now another 4 mins waiting, then the manager Callum proceeded to lecture me on not waiting at the order machine and refused to give me my coffee, so I said I'd like the money refunded to my card, again left there waiting until and older woman then proceeds to tell me im rude and childish for jumping the cue??? Was then presented with a load of change for my refund, told them I'd want it putting back on the card I paid with, by this time Callum was irate and refused to pay the money back whilst being held back by another member of staff. Another older man then asked if he could help and all was remedied, but the shouting and refusing to first not give me my order then also refused to repay me Callum is a very immature manager, and I use that word manager very loosely, this is todays standards in mcdonalds Prenton way and therefore will never visit...
Read moreJust went through the drive-through at the Durley, Prenton, Wirral. Ordered a Double Cheese Burger and a Large fries ended up with an arguement with the manager all because they gave me a medium fries, I asked them to rectify the order and I would pay the difference and the managers attitude was totally out of order, even though I offered to pay the difference she said I would have to go to the back of the large queue to get my large fries, I stood my ground and told her I'm not moving without my correct order, she threatened to call the police so I told her I ordered a large fries and I'm willing to pay the difference so call the police, 5 minutes later, with a huge queue of cars behind me waiting for their now cold food, she finally conceded and gave me the large fries and told me to keep the medium fries as they would end up in the bin, I told her I don't want the medium fries you bin them.
I left telling her 'what happened to the customer is always right'.
The problem is they employ young staff who do more talking between themselves rather than concentrating on your order you are placing, more often than not your order is consistently wrong,...
