Made an order they told me It would be an hour and half with i didnt mind waiting because I rang at 10 to 6 i then phoned after 1 hour 40 minutes the told me 20 more minutes it was an hour more they left me waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes for my tea by the time when it had came i was not hungry my chips where soggy and ive had the worst stomach the morning after I rang up to speak to the woman about it and she's was not bother atall because they threw in a free bottle of fanta i was a regular of atleast twice a week and now they have lost my custom for the way they was not bothered atall about the food they was giving out never mind making me wait 2hr 40 minutes witch is a joke to make someone wait that long for there own tea witch they...

Ordered for the first time via Ping's website. No confirmation of order… nothing. Just my bank transaction to verify I’ve paid £40 plus. Phoned an hour later to hear my order wasn’t even cooked.
