Greggs — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Got to the bakery at 10:50. Wanted a breakfast baguette. There was a bit of a queue. Got to the counter to be served at 11:00 to be told that breakfast had finished. The other customer being served just before me was having his order fulfilled with breakfast food. When I said I’ve been stood in the queue for the last 10 minutes, the lady serving said that they were no longer serving breakfast food even though I had stood there waiting. Then she tried to say they had sold out. I left in disgust after standing there for that time. Don’t believe they had sold out she just decided that now it was 11 they were no longer going to serve despite people that had been waiting before this time. 1:15. Only sandwiches were spicy ones. So I asked if they could make me a chicken salad sarnie. And the woman pointed at the clock and said we don't make them between 1 and 3. So I said but they're arnt any that arnt spicy. She said someone came in and took them all. So I stood there for a moment hoping she'd say but we'll make you one because there was no one else in the shop. But she didn't so I walked out. Sat in the car. And ordered from the app and said I'd pick up at 1:25. So I went back in and the woman looked at me and said they can't make them. I went to greggs last Sunday to purchase an iced latte. I'm allergic to milk so I asked for the drink to be made with a plant based milk. The young blonde lady serving me asked her colleagues if she could make an iced latte with a non-dairy milk. She told me I could only have an iced latte with cows milk. This is completely nonsense.
