Indiana — Restaurant in Wool

Ordered a chicken passanda and a butter chicken. Got two chicken passandas. Rang the restaurant and got passed on to the chef who claimed that butter chicken is just a passanda with a knob of butter on top? Claimed butter chicken has coconut in it but everyone and their mum has had butter chicken and knows it's a tomato curry. We kept trying to explain that they sent two of the same thing but he was having absolutely none of it. We were only after an apology and to get 8 quid back but apparently that didn't even cross their mind and they were ready to go down with the ship over it. Felt extremely unwelcome. ... First we enter, n we order starters... After 10 mins, they come back saying they need a minimum of 10gbp per person on the table. We agreed, n then she proceeded with the order for starters n first set of main course. After 20 mins, again the person came n said that her manager is insisting on full order at once. There wasn't any written policy to say so. I asked for you make policy on the fly...

The restaurant was discriminating only us from the rest of the guests. We, a family of 5 with 2 50+ aged elders, were indirectly forced not order, due to the humiliating experience.

It is a shame that these type of restaurants who are against fundamental hu.an rights are...

Generally speaking the food was absolutely spot on, really nicely spiced chicken Jalfrezi, onion rice good, onion bajis epic, naan breads garlic and keema to die for. This would have got 5 stars on the night, but unfortunately both myself and my better half spent most of the day on the lav'.

Now I cannot 100% say that Indiana is to blame but it looks that way from our point of view. We both ate the same meal with the same result. We both know our curries and are not unacustom to eating from different restaurants. Maybe we just got unlucky, and by other reviews this is one of the best around , but sadly this is not our experience and don't feel confident enough to order from here...
