Greggs — Restaurant in Worcester

Greggs is our favourite go to place for breakfast and lunch, however our experience has been let down by one individual; A young lad, who's attitude stinks- very sarcastic, rude and not interested in providing a good customer service, which has resulted in us going to an alternative Greggs if he is working when we turn up. It's a shame, as we 'were' regular customers to this venue and the other staff members seem nice enough. He needs training in customer service and basic...

Terrible. The service is something else this guy came to this group and kicked them out or whatever for acting up. Then he storms over to us and tells us to get out to we said we werent apart of that group and he said u have to paid for something to sit in and my friend brought the yum yums from there and we said we had something he screamed at us to get out and slamed open the door onto someone out of the group that got kicked out....

This is my first visit to a Gregg's. Had a bacon and sausage baguette and a coffee. Good value compared to McDonalds which was where I was going to until I thought I would try Gregg's.
