KFC Worcester - Elgar Retail Park — Restaurant in Worcester

Took the family at the weekend - was such a rubbish experience. Ordered at the touchscreen and had an opportunity to enter our table number for table delivery - what a nice touch that is in a fast food restaurant. We sat, and were the only customers in at the time. 5 mins and our order was yelled across the restaurant - I confirmed they meant us, to get a reply "well did you order this or not?". I collected the food, but when I got back to the table found there were only 3 meals - we had ordered 4 meals for 4 of us. Back to the counter to ask for the fourth meal - got sneered at by the manager for daring to disturb her, and after a couple of minutes had a bag thrown on the counter in front of me.... I asked is that mine, she replied "well you said you ordered it". What horrible service and horrible attitude. Finally sat down to eat our "large" meals and couldn't believe the tiny portion sizes - around 15 fries in each portion, and the large chicken popcorn meal contained 9 tiny bits of very dry chicken popcorn. The boneless banquet was just awful. The sauces were missing, but I couldn't be bothered to go to the counter and face the wrath of the staff again. There were no forks or spoons, and didn't fancy eating baked beans with our fingers. The fried chicken was actually quite nice, the experience was horrible. I can't believe 4 tiny meals cost £26 - much as I have loved KFC in the past, I think we are destined for McDonalds next time.... nicer food, better portions, and significantly cheaper. I thought I'd spoil myself and have a takeaway. Drove past McDonald's and it was packed so decided on KFC. I placed my order and was asked to park in the blue bay and told it would be two minutes. The restaurant was empty. So I sat waiting and fourteen minutes had passed so I went in. A food package was on the counter and the guy was messing with the drinks machine. I stated how long I'd been waiting and he stated the 'drinks machine had just broken' I used the restroom and came out the food was still sitting on the counter getting colder. He then informed me the machine wasn't working and offered an alternative. It was eventually made and I left.

It's like any KFC the food is hitting this on whether it's greasy or not depending his working there and as per a lot of these fast food franchises they're quite often have younger people serving that don't seem to know much about manners. ???? Most important thing to remember with KFC and McDonald's is always check your order when they hand it to you especially in the drive-thru because McDonald's in Malvern and Worcester and both KFCs in Worcester are notorious for not putting the right order in the bag and with KFC it seems that they no longer automatically put hand wipes salt or napkins in your bags so make sure you ask for them at the...
