Avoid avoid avoid!!! Made an order over the phone only for it to take more than 5 mins to get the address right. Gave the order eventually then asked if I could pay when the food arrived! He didn’t know he would get the boss to call. 10 mins later no call! So I phone back again he said the same again my boss will call! Another 10 mins pass then the boss calls he wants the payment over the phone! Fine no problem so he puts the details in only he puts the details in wrong so payment declined! We get there eventually! He then says it’s an hour wait for food I said come on it’s a Sunday afternoon that’s quite a wait so then it went to 40 mins to 20 mins! So round about 20 mins food turns up but would you believe 2 items are missing so now I’m seriously fed up! So we phone again we had to tell them repeatedly what 2 items it was then they said 10 mins! 15 mins pass no food so we call they said 2-3 mins! 10 mins later it turns up! And now we have 2 lamb curry’s! It was disgusting the lamb you couldn’t even chew and it was covered in oil and there was a grey hair in it! I’m now fuming so I call them and tbh they weren’t interested and the manager hung up! Absolutely vile place and I wouldn’t feed their food to my dogs! Really frustrating and disappointing experience. Arrived to collect my pre-order & was asked for my name, and to take a seat. They were busy and, I was a few minutes early, so I left it 10-15 mins before enquiring how long the wait would be. A young lady then took my name (again) & order number and went away for more than 10 minutes. I then flagged down a third staff member and it became obvious my order had been overlooked. I wouldn't have minded that, had someone taken a moment to explain and apologise, but nobody bothered. What annoyed me was, all the available waiter did was keep repeating "2 minutes, it's coming" to fob me off for as long as possible. And worse than that, after I'd been waiting nearly 40 minutes of my Saturday evening, and been told "2 minutes" about 5 times in succession, I asked the young lady who'd come back to the front desk if she could go to the back and ask how long it would actually be (clearly not 2 minutes). Her reply was that they were all "too busy" to be asked, and point-blank refused to go and find out was going on. While I was waiting I got talking to another couple who'd booked a table to find out none was available when they arrived. We went on Valentine's night which was also our 18th anniversary of meeting. We felt confident that it was a good restraunt by the positive reveiws. On arriving we where seated promptly but then waited 40 mins to be offered a drink. They asked.if we where ready to order a drink but had not been given a drinks menu. We where then served drinks and popadoms and ordered starters. 45 minuites later we asked if the starters where coming and where told very abruptly that they where busy and everybody else was waiting and we should.be patient. 10 mins later we got our starters which tasted nice but where cold. 50 mins.later we where still waiting for our main course. I complaine and they where then served. My wifes dinner was fine but mine was the wrong meat chicken instead of the lamb I ordered. I was quite angry and said we have waited 2 hours. I was told I was wrong and had ordered the chicken according to their system and was just trying to cause issues. I then offered to pay for our drinks but not the food and to leave. I said all they needed to was admit they where wrong and make it right We where basically told to get out and stop causing trouble and would not be charged.Worst restraunt experience I have ever had.
