The best Indian I’ve ever had! Food was amazing and it was no trouble asking what vegan options they had and requesting Tarka Dahl to be mild (medically not allowed spicy food). There were 8 of us and everyone’s food looked and tasted amazing, presentation was excellent and it all tasted freshly cooked.
The ambiance of the place was great, not surprised it’s so busy given how great the place is, and everyone seemed to be having a brilliant time; so nice to see since Covid stopped that.
Staff were brilliant, so attentive without being invasive and nothing was too much trouble. I like how they are strategically placed around the restaurant, ready to catch someone’s eye for assistance, instead of standing at the bar chatting like some places.
Only two things that are slightly negative are: the disabled toilet (immaculate and all bars were safe and working- something that’s often not the case in many disabled toilets! Plus they had left the space to the side of the toilet free as that’s where I needed to place my wheelchair so I can slide across to the toilet, so often places shove bins there and I have to get them moved to use the toilet) red pull cord didn’t touch the floor which is a requirement as if I fell on the floor, I couldn’t reach it from the height it was at. However when I told a member of staff they were apologetic and when I left the staff member told me that when I next come, it’ll be fixed and thanked me for flagging it up. no vegan desserts. I’m not after anything massive, maybe just some sorbets or a fruit salad?
We drove an hour to get here (meeting up with family who live close by) and we’ve already said we’d be willing to make the journey again because everything was so tasty and it was such a great night out! Wish there was a sister restaurant just as good in Shropshire!! We’d be there all the time!! The people of Droitwich are very lucky and I’m jealous of them having such a great restaurant on their doorstep. Can’t wait...
Read moreWe were visiting WMSP and found this as really good and not that far. So we came here. The drive was good, nice roads to the venue. We did book in advance. Came in, sat down and were spoken to very nicely. The staff constantly came and talked to us about certain foods on the menu. What they would recommend and all.
They were even helpful to let us know which ones are HALAL and which ones weren’t.
We got our papadoms served really quickly along with our drinks and we advised that we will order after finishing our papadoms. Very appreciative. Not rushing us like other restaurants.
We ordered the mains, took them 20 mins average timing. We got our food all in one go (there was 6 of us to be fair), there wasn’t any food being given separately which was a bonus.
The food itself was very tasty. We ordered a Chicken Tawa, Chicken Jalfrezi, Chicken Shashlick, 2 of those Mix Handi’s (mix of chicken, lamb and prawn) and another King Prawn Curry.
Everything was amazing. Will come again, if we are in the area.
My favourite curry’s are either a Garlic Chilli Chicken or a GT Mix. However, they weren’t on the menu.
Pros & Cons:
Pros: A good capacity of parking at the front and back. They welcome you straight away, no waiting around. Restaurant is in a lovely location. The staff look after you.
Cons:
Can’t think of any 😅 other than work on the spices a little bit. I mean I ordered a Madras Mix Handi. But there was a lot of Naga in there.
Didn’t feel like Madras, I eat spicy so I know, this was way hotter than a vindaloo curry. Sent tears running down my eyes.
But no complaints. Still handled it like a champ.

Read more8 months ago I left a 5* review on Google and have ordered food to collect several times since and it’s always been good. The experience tonight has been the complete opposite. Not just the complete lack of customer service, but the food itself.
I ordered at 17.37 and was told it would be 45 mins. We arrived to collect at 18.20 and eventually left with the food at 18.53. During the almost 35 minutes of waiting, not one person said anything as to what was taking so long, let alone apologise or offer any timeframe. The restaurant was probably only half full so it’s not as though anyone was that busy.
When we got home, the food was poor. Mediocre at best and certainly not living up to award winning standard. Everything was lukewarm in temperature, the chicken in the curries was very dry and the naan breads cold, tough and dry. Chips were cold, limp and soggy. The only decent thing in the box were the popadoms.
£55 worth of food which we’d been looking forward to, largely ended up in the bin.
Given that we live only 7 minutes away, the food should not have been that cold and never has been the times we’ve had an order before.
Given the 35 minute wait, it should have been absolutely fresh and piping hot! I suspect that the order had been completed and boxed sometime before and left waiting in the kitchen until someone got round to actually giving it to us.
I expect poor service and cold food from fast food restaurants, I certainly don’t expect it from Entouraj. I messaged the restaurant straight away with my feedback and requested a response. They’ve seen it but haven’t bothered to respond which is pretty poor...
