Cosy Coffee — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

This place has been going downhill for a while now, incredibly rude & unwelcoming staff, who stand gathered behind the till, laugh and talk about customers & ignore customers that need help, uncomfortable and cramped atmosphere & mediocre food.

The food is okay but the jacket potatoes are stupidly priced, they charge you extra to have salad with it which is mad, they give you the tiniest little portion of filling & make you pay extra if you want a little bit more cheese or butter.

Atmosphere is awful because it’s so cramped in there and the staff clearly have no customer service training.

One member of staff ‘Ellie’ was incredibly rude to a young lady with clear learning disabilities & ignored an older gentleman who asked for a fork to eat his cake with, she ignored him for that long that he ended up saying to her ‘I’ll just eat it with my hands shall I?’.

Such a shame it’s one of the only cafes in Kidderminster because I wouldn’t keep going in there. Some serious customer service...

Had not been in here for a good couple of years, as generally it's been closing too early now for my daughter and I to catch it after school! But yesterday we were in town for an appt and popped in for lunch. It has changed, but the atmosphere and service are still top notch and very polite! I had a cheese jacket potato with salad and tea, and my daughter had a tuna melt panini and ger favourite Victorian style lemonade! The food and drinks arrived within a few minutes, and everything was perfect. A rustic pretty feel to the place. A perfect place to relax and while away the time 🙂 So glad we still have this place in Kiddy...

I have walked past this coffee ☕️ shop many a time before, and yesterday I decided to venture into it again for the second time. I love the interior and the general look of the place, it has a very clean and classic look about it. Again the service from the female behind the counter was helpful and friendly, and very quick at taking my order and serving it. I once again ordered a jacket potato 🥔 with chilli con carne and red leicester cheese 🧀, it was absolutely delicious and worth the money. Below is a photo 📸 of what I had to eat inside Cosy Coffee.
