Superdrug — Local services in Wyre Forest

I recently visited the Superdrug in Kidderminster and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eren. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect men's perfume.

I was struggling to find what I was looking for, but Eren was incredibly patient, kind, and always smiling. Her positive attitude made all the difference! I described what I wanted, and she happily showed me several options until I found the perfect fit.

Even though the store was busy, Eren made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly, efficient, and genuinely interested in helping me. I'm so grateful for her excellent service!

Great Experience today, ordered items online to be sent to store for me to pick up.The parcel arrived the NEXT DAY , which was impressive.

Unfortunately - due to an error by myself, the items I had ordered needed to be returned.

I rang Superdrug to explain the situation, the manager advised that I should bring items into shop and he would sort it out. I went into store a few hours later and as promised, I was refunded within minutes of showing up.

It's very rare to get such a great streamlined service from ordering online to picking up to returning. So credit where credit is due.

I must also say that every time I use the Kidderminster store, the staff are always helpful and friendly.
