Zoo — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Normally the food is amazing but today was not the day.

Bartenders and cooks should try smoking a little less weed before coming to work.

6 pm on a Friday and we were the only table who ordered food.. The fried chicken sandwich was burnt black and was so spicy it was inedible. It was not listed on the menu as spicy. Had it been labeled "spicy" on the menu, I would have never ordered it. No apology from the staff. We were told "that's just the way the patty is." No one asked if they could get me anything else.

My husband's Zoo Fries came after everyone was done eating as the waiter admitted he forgot to put in the order. There were only 4 in our party and only 8 people in the whole place. The other 4 had already eaten.

I had 2 beers, after I asked for a 3rd I was served water. Apparently the bartender can assume your consumption of alcohol. I actually asked “can I have a beer this time, or should I just cash out?” She cashed me out, and slammed my slip at the bar. First time hearing about this bar. The Zoo! Oh I love this place. I visited this bar when my friend was graduating from college. This is the only bar + night life in the town of Aberdeen!
