Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I had went thur the drive thur one afternoon and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers combo well I had ordered extra lettuce in a pickle they put extra pickle and no lettuce also I had asked to put the lettuce tomato and onion on the side that wasn't done either so once I got home and noticed everything was wrong I had called and there was no answer so I had gotten busy feeding my kids and everything I called the next day and this Misty manager told me that she's not going to give me two free Hamburgers on my word forget the fact that I paid for it already once 70 intended to argue with me about it and told me her policy well how is the customer's supposed to know their policy if managers don't tell them I did my part I called in to complain and she still told me she was not giving me free food that I need to stop asking and then hung up on me so I had to call back to ask her name and then she kept saying oh I can't hear you you're breaking up you're breaking up I can't hear you so finally when I told her I was going to report her she finally told me her name I wasn't asking for the whole combo to be made for over just my two double cheeseburgers that were wrong I feel I should have that right if I paid for it the first time customer service isn't what...

Never again. Every time I come here, the wait is absurd. Even when there is no line. I get pulled up when no one is behind me. The staff is the worst of anywhere I go. Every single time. The young girls that work here are rude and not trained very well on customer service. I only stop in for my kids or grandkids once every 6 months, and I regret it every single time. The food isn't even that good. It's not worth it. I'll pass from now on forever. ( i got pulled up for a small fry and order of pretzels.) They weren't even hot when we got them. Not to mention its 100 degrees outside and they're just standing around...

This place is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to ! We wanted two banana splits they handed them out to us and we looked at them and sent them back and got our money back! They had two pieces of pineapple on them and runny strawberries and two pieces of banana with ice cream! I guess they are trying to save money but ripping people off! Take my advice and don't ever eat there! The owner asked me to give them another chance! I don't think so because I have gotten food here before and it wasn't any good at all! So...
