KFC — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I would give this establishment a -5 star rating If that would be possible, extremely rude and sorry ass "workers" that barely even manage to tie their own shoes yet their somehow allowed to prepare food for the public... so maybe it's actually a good thing that orders never seem to actually reach the customer, because judging from the lack of leadership and the general all around "who gives a shit" attitude, then it's obvious that none of the people inside have the brain capacity required to attempt to clean up. The lobby floors are like an ice hockey rink the bathrooms have human waste of both varieties on the floor and walls roaches outnumber the kitchen staff 253 to one!!! So if you are in the Aberdeen or surrounding areas and you are craving KFC or taco bell, then I'd honestly suggest you drive off of either the Simon Kenton bride or the newer concrete bridge to save you the pain and suffering you will experience that comes with eating the trash served...

Got food there tonight had to wait a half hour in line while there was only 3 vehicles in the drive thru and lobby was closed down before 8:30 pm and the manager she was outside with her gf and was cutting up with a employee that wasn't on the clock ,the worker running the drive thru looked so confused and didn't have the correct change and had to wait for manager to come back in and once I got my meal the chicken was so tough you couldn't eat it the drink was flatter then all get out ,it was the nastiest meal I ever got from there,it was a waste of money so the owners need to get better management to run...

I went thry the drive thru. They gave me a Cole slaw and mash potatoes instead of two mac and cheese. They shorted me on a chicken leg. I get home and the lady on the phone argued with me saying that they didn't short me and I would have to pay for the food if I come back thru the drive thru . She finally agreed to swap my food and give me the chicken leg. My question is are they going to re-serve the food once it was handled by us? Also, she did not apologize or have any empathy for me having to drive 12 min one way and use my gas to take the food back. Whatever happened to good...
