There is a very obvious difference between day shift and night shift at this location. The staff is clearly lacking basic training and customer service skills. I completely understand that they’re all probably still in school or young, but their attitudes were so bad and all they were speaking about was how they “didn’t know” how to make the burrito I ordered so I just told them to forget about it and I left empty handed and disappointed in whoever trained these kids and thought they were good to go on their owns with no managerial supervision.. I’ve never worked at a Taco Bell in my life and could have probably stepped back there to make it fine myself in less time than they spent arguing and complaining. Not to mention when I pulled up to the drive-thru, at least four or five employees were all goofing around the back door smoking and/or vaping with the door wide open. I’m only leaving this review hoping that a person in charge recognizes that the training of some of their employees might need revisited... Visited on 10/02/2023...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and was happy to hear they still had livers. I ordered, pulled around and paid with my card. I wanted to make sure I had a fork. The lady returned my card, almost throws my bag at me, and as I'm trying to ask for a fork, slams the window shut and she was gone. I then sat patiently waiting for someone else to come to the window to see what I needed. I waited awhile. The girl taking orders looked at me, but didn't come. A manager walked by as I was waving my hands. I continued sitting there. Crew were moving about. I just waited. It had become almost a game of how long could I just sit there. Finally, after more than a few minutes. The order taker finally opened the window. I told her the other lady didn't give me a fork, slammed the window as I was asking for one and I'd been just waiting. She apologized, which I told her wasn't her fault. I've worked fast food. Read moreHonestly I’ll never go back here and sad to say because they have fresh food but I will not deal with a store that is ran by a Store Manager who cares nothing about his customers & lets the kids that work there talk to people crazy . I was charged twice for 1 transaction they basically stole my money and told me that there was nothing they could do for me the guy told me to reach out to my bank . I’m actually appalled that the store manager would tell me there’s nothing he can do for me after being a loyal customer and always treating them with respect .. dude didn’t aplogize to me , didn’t offer me a credit .. nothing just terrible attitude .. terrible leadership skills I will definitely be reaching out to a higher source that can...
