So disappointed in this place I've went there 2 or 3 times because it's close to my work And every time has not been great hoping for something better though Have tried a couple times to get a flavored coffee a big train Every single time it taste like straight coffee Got a French vanilla latte and it literally tasted like nothing almost like just hot water walked over and got a pretzel The thing was so hard It was almost impossible to Eat without gnawing on it don't know if it's the employees or the business but definitely feel like I've wasted money everytime hoping for what I've ordered from other stands that's...

Staff is awesome. Breakfast sandos are good. Ownership needs improvement. No option to leave a tip for hard working staff on a credit/debit transaction if you don't have cash on hand. Cameras cover every inch of the inside but nothing showing outside. Clearly more worried about watching their staff than protecting them. I had to take one of my sandwiches cold today because their 2nd microwave broke on the poor lady serving me. Give your employees the tools they need, make it easier for them to earn tips and actually trust the people that you hire....
