I grew up and graduated from Abernathy and my parents retired to town until their health deteriorated, but I noticed this new place while driving through. I stopped by yesterday to try it and was impressed by the layout and the cleanliness. The kids on duty treated this old guy with respect and filled my order. The sandwich, which is like a homemade sandwich except with better meat, was really good. For under $10 I got a sandwich, small drink a bag of chips and a cookie which I consider a good value today. They have plenty of options for fancy sodas if you're into that but they also have plain and also a selection of steaks and sausage to take home and grill. A good edition to keep a small town...
