I placed an online order, I waited by my door, 10 mins before scheduled delivery and then 5 mins after delivery time and nothing.
I called the store only to be met with a rude lady on the phone (might have been ASM)
Only thing on my porch was an Amazon package. They claimed my order may have been stolen (then why not my Amazon package too it's very small and lightweight)
I explained I had been waiting, and blamed me for using contactless delivery at my apartment (which I've never had any issues of theft, I also have extreme social anxiety so contactless delivery is less stressful on me. Never had issues before with anyone else)
Somehow someone stole my order during the time frame of me waiting by my door?
I was told "maybe you shouldn't use contactless delivery next time".....
They begrudgingly replaced the order but I can tell the tone of the lady I talked to was upset and hostile.
Said "it will be there in 25 -40 mins be sure to answer your door" click
I've worked in customer service, food service, Customer Service Manager in retail, and call center. I would never talk to a customer the way she talked to me.
They did replace the order and the food was nice and hot. The delivery person was very nice I didn't catch her name she has blonde hair and a tattoo. (I could tell by her voice it wasn't the person I spoke to on the phone.)
But whoever that was on the phone needs to learn how to talk to customers.
Like I said I've worked in several customer service positions and I'm a very chill person when talking with employees. I did not raise my voice, did not do anything toxic back. I felt like the hostility in that person's voice was unwarranted.

Read moreSo, i stay in Potosi and thats a pretty decent drive from civilization and i have seen Dominoes drivers out here all the time and figured they delivered out here.
So i downloaded the app and the app told me that this address is not in the range of delivery.
So i call the store. The assistant manager basically told me that I was out of luck
So i asked him WHY do i see drivers down 1750 all the time he says well, we only deliver to a few houses out that way. I said ive literally seen the drivers drive past my house before, so who is the lucky few that get delivery. He says i dont know but we cant deliver to you.
I politely requested to talk to the GM and he immediately asked me for the address and then asked me how far i was from the water tower i said at least a good 3 miles down.
I then explained exactly were i was and he said since the address uses even numbers that it wont show in the app he said your in our delivery range.
I got my order and he threw in a dessert to try on the house.
All that said to say THATS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE
his name is AARON (i hope i spelled that correctly lol). He went above and beyond to make the sale
The other managers should be trained to ask PROBING QUESTIONS like he did to ensure that they get to the resolution to solve the issue.
Ill be a loyal customer to a manager that conducts business that way every single time.

Read moreIncident occurred 3/13/2022 around 7:15pm. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for a cashier/boxing the pizzas. He took my order on the phone and had an attitude while doing so. I still kept nice and tried to make his evening easier. When I got to the dominos store, I could tell who had taken my order. He proceeded to be rude to me and I tried to continue to be nice but yet he could not change his tone or smile at all. I am a paying customer and I deserve respect. I will not tolerate being talked down to or that I don’t deserve kindness. I leave a 10 dollar tip even if the order is only 10 dollars. Yea the job is tough! So I pay it forward in some way. I’m appalled that when I asked for the manager he refused the first time and said “no, what’s your card number” I didn’t have my debit card on me I had left it home on accident. When the manager came over, he was polite and apologetic. However he did not say he was going to talk to his employee about his attitude and nor did he reprimand the incident.
