My kids and I was hungry so we go get some pizzas. We got 3 pizzas and 2 crazy breads the lady at the eindow kept interrupting asking "is that all?" And constantly rolled her eyes. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait so I was okay with that but my sister went in 16 minutes later to check on it she said it would be another 15 at this point I was pretty mad so I waited another 10 drive to the drive thru I said "why is it taking forever on my order it shouldn't be taking this long?" The guy at the window said I will go check for you I'm terribly sorry about that i told him it was not his fault and i would be filing a complaint but the rude lady went to breathe down his neck and said "I'm really sorry I don't know what's going on it should be 15 more minutes" like no lady i want my food now I'm not spending this much money for yall not to do yalls job's. The cashier guy told me he would be the food out shortly so I said okay and he gave us free wings but he was telling me that the people in the back was too busy talking and not wanting to work!! Read morePulled through drive thru for a single classic hot and ready, asked customer representative what was hot a ready? She informed me that nothing was made. All orders would take 15 minutes. No problem we were prepared to wait. I was ask to park up front and order would be taken out. 30 minute's later nothing. Customer service is non existent at this location. 4 workers on visual site, with zero motivation to complete an order. I visually observed several walk ups that drove off, hence business lost. I wanted a refund for order placed , and was rudely informed that I needed to be patient by what seem to have been the manager on site , that my single pizza was being boxed. Came to the counter with boxed pizza and aggressively tossed on counter. Again I repeated that I wanted a refund. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I my self have worked in the fast food Industry and restaurant business. I know how extremely hectic it can be. This horrible customer service is inexcusable.
