Good Morning I have come time and time again here and the service is ridiculous still haven’t been here for 8 months for some of these reasons . I’m tired of spend hard working money to come support business like this and yet they are lacking still. First as a manager when ur taking an order on drive-thur your suppose to say good morning what can I get you? Nothing then the fact she keeps cutting me off and also saying is that all is RUDE! I’m not done with my order I’m trying to to let you know what I wanted so please listen before u ask my a question that I had already told you the 2nd time since you wanted to talk over me. Then I said thank you and she didn’t even say nothing, I get to the window and Ariana is at the window again not a good morning how are u then tells me it’s going to ask u if you want to give a Tip well guess what no I didn’t leave a tip due to customer service and also I asked if I could get my food items in a bag and some napkins she huff and puffed and walked away and yet I got no napkins I guess I’m suppose to wipe my mouth on myself like a slop also I said thank you have a nice day she closed the window and walked away. The customer service hasn’t changed so I ask myself why should I support employees if they don’t care about their position or customer service? Why should I TIP you if apparently you didn’t care about my order? I went here with a party of 10 the other day. It was someones birthday and he had never eaten here before, I on the other hand have been eating here for several years. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate and we gave the rest to the staff to enjoy. The food here is soo amazing. We had such a kind hearted, sweet, and understanding waitress. Her name is Veronica. She is absolutely the best waitress ever. She has such an upbeat attitude and wouldn't mind getting our constant requests ands we asked for things throughout our meal time. The food is terrific and the owner is also so nice and friendly. He comes around once in awhile and makes sure your food is good and everything is going smoothly. My experience here has never let me down once. The food is always incredible, the service is always friendly and welcoming, and the experience is always so positive. I will for sure continue eating out here. It's about 30-45 minutes away but it is so worth the drive. No idea what happened to this place. They used to have an awesome Carne Alentejana... What I got there today was not good, but not terrible. Very mediocre. Other meals in my party included the rabbit, which was just "ok". The sword fish and Tuna were both terrible. Bland, like out of a frozen dinner. The worst part about this place is the horrible service... The place was empty when we arrived so there is no excuse. Waited a half hour to order and get drinks. They forgot my water and I wouldn't be getting one until an hour in, when our food finally arrived... yes, an hour... we ate the mediocre food... then we finished eating and they came and cleaned our table.....and we then continued to wait another 40 minutes just trying to pay and leave. Mandatory 20% tip, which is fine, except the service was BAD! Probably why they didn't care about serving...
