West Main Pizza — Restaurant in Ada

Very rude staff...the guy with black hair and facial hair is so snotty that the food wasn't good. Shameful When I was in Ada we stopped at West Main on Sunday 9/28/25 to eat. This is our 3rd time and every time we've come the cooks/servers are very rude. Food is good but the service is what will keep us away. When you ask questions its like you are bothering them. They have wine on display so I asked fir a glass and always told we dont have any. Weird! They drop the food and run no words spoken just angry they are here. We have decided that we won't be stopping by when we come through any longer. We feel to much of a burden for them. They want a tip also on their receipt. Do they not know that a tip stands for To Insure Proper Service...something this place lacks. The feeling in the joint is...

Are you kidding me!? This restaurant far exceeded our expectations for being in such a small town. The restaurant’s atmosphere was so well put together. It was all very clean. Abundance of seating - whether table, booth or high top tables. Well staffed, with attentive employees. The fellow who took our order at the register was helpful, knowledgeable and got right to work on our order. We ordered the Cheese Squares and my only regret was not ordering the largest size. It was so good! We also got a sausage pizza to share with our family. Great food, great atmosphere, great menu options. All around amazing. Also, very family friendly. We have no doubt we’ll be returning the next time...

My pizza was taking a little longer than expected to be ready. I walked into the restaurant and I was greeted. Then the manager (Ted) apologized and told me it would be a few more minutes than the estimated time I was originally given. He offered me a free drink while I waited, then about 10 minutes later brought me a gift certificate for my inconvenience….I didn’t even complain to begin with. This is how customer service should always be handled. West main has always been a family favorite but I had to write up a review. These guys have great pizza and great staff!
