Subway — Restaurant in Ada

The person who answered the phone on 10:25am on Saturday, Nov. 11 really shouldn't be working with the public. She claimed to be the "manager" at the moment but not the real manager. I was calling to let them know that their chipotle sauce may need some looking at. We had ordered 4 sandwiches the previous night, 2 of which were Tuna, my daughter had chipotle sauce on hers and became immediately ill and had to go to the emergency room. I was calling with a friendly notice to the store that they may need to look at their chipotle sauce and explained the situation to this employee. This employee even refused to give a first name for my documentation for the report, which I could care less but the manner and attitude this person has, well, I can see why she's working at Subway. Most of the time I go here, we are serviced well, even though they charge for extra pickles at this location but this employee is making your store...

Experience was not a good one for me. Employee was joking around with other e mployee not listening to my order so I had to keep repeating myself to him. Then my husband and I got mad because we asked for heated sandwiches they were cold. Also wanted them cut in half and wrapped individually. No napkins they gave for takeout. This Subway and Dilworth Minnesota Subway have been the worst ones. Not to mention that both places are horribly dirty includes the bathrooms I will never use! Employees are very rude and uncooperative as well as no time for customers. WILL NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! NEVER GOING TO THOSE 2...

The service was good, quick & accurate.

This review is to say that there was an older lady that walked into the line from the register side & got in line in front of me & the employees just let her cut the line. When I said something about it, they just made her food & said it will be really quick, they know the order.. this really threw me off. I feel like it should be up to the employee to maintain the order of the line and inform her that there are people in front of her, not just make her order real quick because they know it.
