Wow! Just WOW!! I just had the best dish ever! We stopped in this small town called Adair off I-80, looking for a bite to eat and landed on this Mexican restaurant off the main business district. We split a dish listed under fajitas called Molecajete. It contained so many grilled and deliciously seasoned shrimp, steak, chicken, chorizo, and even grilled Mexican cheese all mixed with peppers, onions, and mushrooms SO GOOD!!
