I Came Through The Drive Thru On Wednesday 4/23 Around 10am I Ordered A Coffee From My Mobile App Coupon For .99 cents And My Husband Added 2 Sausage Biscuits. My Credit Card Is Hooked Up In The Mobile App. The $4.81 Came Off My Card And They Still Wanted Me to Pay A additional $4.81. I Said Look Let Me Come In And Show You That I've Paid. Showed My Proof That Wasn't Good Enough. So The Manager Ring It Up Again And Charged Mr Double For The Same 3 Items. I Simply Asked Her To Please Just Cancel Both Orders. She Was Frustrated And Said " This Is All A Mess,Just Call Your Credit Card Company And Get Your Refund".Excuse Me! I Explained To Her You Haven't Given Me Anything And I Have Paid Over $13 For Items I Haven't Received. Well I Asked For District Manager Name And Number And She Said " I'm The District Manager" I Said " Ok Give Me The Owner Name And Number" She Said Leave And Google It" At That Point It Was Back N Fourth And She Threatened Me With The Police Because I Wanted A Refund For Food I Never Seen Or Touched. She Thought I Was Going To Run Because She Said "Police" Typical Racist Tactics Against A Black Person. So I Politely Waited For Them And Three Of Them Came.Tbey Saw That I Paid She Refunded One But Not The Other And I'm Disputing With My Credit Card.
I Will Definitely Be Putting These Racist Actions On all Social Media Platforms And I Want The McDonald's Cooperation To Do Something. The Owner Of This McDonald's Need To Make This Right. I Own A home Down the Street From This Location In Lombard,IL. I Have Been Coming Here With My Family For About 20 Years I've Never Had A Problem.I Bring My Grandsons Here Now But After This Never Again.

Read moreI came in with no patrons in the store and spoke to the gentlemen that turned around and continued to speak with the gentleman behind the counter . after existing restroom i stood behind said gentleman as they spoke on having a cigarette behind the order line . i advised i had been waiting behind him in the line as clearly he wasn’t aware i was there . he proceeded to justify that his inability to greet me as a customer when i initially spoke , was due to an hearing impairment in his right ear as he pointed at it . laughed still didn’t greet me and walked behind the counter to take my order . I knew him and the fella in the back would contaminate my food the least spit in it . not everyone values their job and I get that but how you treat people is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. the nutrition is already low vibrational , this just solidified why i will never be a patron of this and any mcdonald’s establishment again. the food is making us dumb and this young child showing the worse (low vibes) of himself just reminded me of it all. no nutritional value, no employees that appreciate their job as compensation so low the employees get a kick out of making others feel low . Shame on you young man . if you’re not doing your best with what you have you will always have just this an entry level position with job women society and wealth . this is from the heart straighten up kid i was going to call your mgr ezekiel on you but i have a feeling you’ll never let this happen again . thank you of reminding me why never should consume this garbage...

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and while the staff is always friendly and polite, the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, despite their positive attitudes, my orders are consistently wrong. Whether it’s missing items, incorrect ingredients, or forgetting basic condiments and utensils, it seems like the attention to detail is severely lacking.
No matter how clearly I specify my order, it never arrives as expected, and I’m left frustrated every time. It’s disappointing because the staff is clearly trying, but the end result is simply not acceptable. A friendly smile can’t make up for missing or wrong items, especially when I’m relying on getting a quick, correct meal on the go.
I sincerely hope management steps up to address these issues because the team deserves better support to deliver the quality service customers expect.
Edit: it’s been several days and the manager/owner has refused to acknowledge my review. i’ve been waiting in like for 15 minutes for 4 hot and spicy mcchickens ordered my food at 8:55 and finally getting it...
