Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Adrian

Less than pleased with my experience with this place, normally I double check my bread and pizza before I leave but I just had a long day of work and just wanted to get home, I asked the drive through for a crazy combo an extras most best, and a few things of marinara then mumbled something so had to ask for it again where he told me to drive to the window, I then asked if the pizza will be fresh he reassured me it was, when I got home, to my surprise it wasn’t even what I ordered, nor was it fresh, dudes come on! I just wanted a nice fresh extra most best with butter parm, some yummy breadsticks, yet they gave me a classic that had been sitting there for a bit, mind you I paid more for the extra bestest, tried to call when I got home for the manager but of course it was later in the day and no manager was there. I’m so not happy! Long day and all I wanted was pizza man lol the breadstick...

Went in yesterday and less than an hour into the free lunch deal they already ran out of pizzas. There was probably 60 people standing in line out the door and the employee announced that they would be giving everyone a voucher for the free pizza lunch deal to use the next day. Well I go in the next day and the employee wants to read the voucher to me where it said only valid on day one and while supplies last, or good two be days later buy one get one free. Well sir like I said I can read and did read it. Unfortunately your staff did not read it and understand what they were giving people or they were being deceitful when they told us they would honor the deal the next day. Well thanks for the wild goose chase definitely better...

Ordered pizza on a Saturday evening online at 6:55pm. Took an hour and a half for delivery and when it arrived the order was wrong. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 of which was just cheese and they threw pepperoni all over it. We order cheese because small kids in the house don’t like pepperoni and one adult can’t eat pepperoni. Called the restaurant 5 or 6 times before someone answered and was told “sorry we’re closed”. Told the girl our order was just delivered and and it was wrong, was told she’d put our name in the book for a free pizza. It wasn’t even 8:30pm!! We had to order pizza from another restaurant in order to get just cheese to feed the kids. For the inconvenience they should have refunded our order! ...
