McDonald's — Restaurant in Adrian

I'm a habitual McDonald's visitor, I'm addicted to their iced tea if nothing else. This is my favorite location because it usually has the nicest staff and freshest food. My ex even worked here for several years so I've been here a couple hundred times since it was built down the street from us. I order on the app for pick up a lot, but yesterday morning it told me something went wrong with my order and to go inside the store and tell them my order number. Well with Covid they aren't letting customers inside, except doordash delivery I guess, but I didn't know what else to do...it was saying my order was placed already. Once inside I was ignored for several minutes, then the manager (who BTW was not wearing a mask or by the looks of it taking any other precautions) came up and scolded me for being inside, even after explaining why I was there. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and told me to get in line in the drive through. I told her I was trying to avoid the 30 some cars in line and then asked if they would honor my coupons I had on the app and she literally WALKED AWAY muttering something so I thought maybe she was gonna check the computer or something to find my order. I waited another 2 to 3 minutes as she continued on with her work completely ignoring me still standing there. Confused, I asked another employee that was standing there staring at me if the manager was done talking to me and she said oh yeah, you can leave. I decided I didn't need McDonald's bad enough to get in line after dealing with her. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at this establishment or frankly any establishment for that matter. I can not believe a MANAGER in customer service could be so unbelievably rude. This will be hard to forget about so I will probably end up making most my fast food trips at Wendy's for a while.

The staff here are overworked and underpayed for sure, this is one of the busiest McDonald's I have ever seen. So sometimes it does take longer then expected but that's with any fast food restaurant, some days there faster then others. The food has always been hot, my order has never been messed up. The staff that does the curbside is extremely friendly. An act of kindness goes a long way if we all can just be more friendly.

McDonald's is supposed to serve breakfast all day. At my request at the drive-through I ordered a breakfast burrito with no cheese according to the manager, she would not and refused to make it without cheese! She, manager, said; they are already pre made....?? so what does that mean? at 5 o'clock p.m. if I want a breakfast burrito it has been sitting there all day? This is ridiculous ! Do what you say you're going to do! If you are going to serve breakfast all day, then serve it fresh the way people deserve it and expect it! I've also reported this to the headquarters! I cannot have cheese and several McDonald's has tried to tell me they do not make them with out cheese... while other McDonald's have went out of their way and had NO Issues when I ask for no cheese.... they do not come pre made people with cheese..! People are lazy and do not want to take the time to prepare a fresh breakfast burrito they put them under the light and leave them sit there all day that's what they're telling me......!!! Customer service...
