Called to order a custom pizza and the man on the phone was incredibly rude and rushing my boyfriend on the phone. My boyfriend asked for spinach and they didnt have it. He asked for white sauce and they didn't have it. He asked for ricotta and they didn't have it. The man on the phone kept saying "We dont do that here." And eventually accused my boyfriend of not calling the right place. My boyfriend was still placing his order and the man hung up on him. So we didn't get the toppings we wanted and when it arrived it was a party size pizza! For just the two of us! We were charged way more money than we planned on spending and didnt even get what we ordered just because this man was impatient and hung up on us. There is basically no cheese on it, wrong size, wrong toppings. Waste of money and a huge...

Long story short: pizza was cold delivery was 30 min late meat lovers does not include ham or bacon

That’s too many strikes for me.

Ordered a large half Hawaiian, half meat lovers on a Tuesday at 5:40 for delivery. Was told 45 min. Pizza arrived at an 1hr 15 min. The main problem, our pizza was cold.

I called back and the only solution offered was for them to pick up the cold pizza and make a new one but it would be another hour wait. My family was starving and it was now 7:00, I could not wait another hour.

Beyond that their meat lovers does not include ham or bacon. Not sure why/how you mess that up intentionally but they did.

I can look past being late or missing toppings but a cold pizza is really...

This is always my go to for pizza delivery. Until tonight. It was delivered barely even warm (I’m 3 miles away). I called to give constructive criticism noting that the cheese was barely melted, pizza dough not cooked, and onions were the end, hunky pieces.

I was not looking for anything other than to let them know. Instead the manager blamed me because they don’t deliver to Suffield (I’ve been ordering/delivery for years. They were doing me a ‘favor’ 🤷‍♀️. shouldn’t mitigate the pizza I got.
