This ice cream place will hands down be the best decision you’ve ever made.
I came to rave about this place and was actually shocked to see the 1-star reviews on here- that is utterly ridiculous and downright wrong. We (myself and 3 kids) went today and we were all talking about how it’s literally the best ice cream we’ve had. The prices are absurd for ice cream this good.
The youngest got the cotton candy ice cream and it was delicious. The middle got a twist soft serve he ate the whole thing. The oldest got a bubble waffle chocolate chip cookie dough (just like the sample they had on the counter) and she was raving about it. I took two ice cream cookie sandwiches home- one s’mores (which by the way- I don’t know how they did it but the marshmallows were melty, it was ridiculous) and a cappuccino chunk. We’ve been to Baked Bear, several ice cream shops all over the country, and by far this was literally the best ice cream cookie sandwich I’ve ever had.
The staff was incredibly patient and accommodating- though I’ll admit there weren’t many customers when we got here which I’m actually shocked about, so we didn’t have to wait long. They were so kind and you can tell they put their heart and soul into this shop.
They had Bluey on their TV, the interior is actually very clean and modern, they had a little plant air freshener, white clean tables.
I mean- they clearly are a 5-star establishment and I cannot even fathom that someone gave a one star review. Impossible.
I used to think Cold Stone was the one of the best ice cream shops (despite being a chain) and I know there are good, even great ice cream shops in and around Enfield/Springfield/Agawam, but this shop is absolutely hands down the best and I will exclusively be getting my ice cream here, unless I’m vacationing somewhere or they’re not open.
I cannot state enough- the best. This place is legendary, it should be legendary, and I hope some huge Food Network show or something helps put this place on the map. I’d give...
Read moreI got ripped off here, I am not the type to argue, so I let it happen, but I will not be coming back ever again. I got a soft-serverd ice cream on bubble waffle, which was supper sugary... she charged me 14.50 5.50 for waffle 6 for soft serve and 3 for sprinkles and gummies. A bubble waffle with ice cream and 2 toppings and whip cream is 8 dollars, so why did you charge me that way. Plus, it was not good, I am throwing it away. What a waste of money. I won't argue but I will let others know becareful of this place, and check prices before you pay. Oh, also, don't ever get gummies here, stale, hard so bad my 7 year old who eats any candy spit it out.
I am not Filipino. I am Chinese mixed, who are you to say what...
Read moreWe stopped at Moma Jaq’s on Labor Day as we continued our road trip. The customer service was outstanding. There is seating indoors as well outside with umbrellas for shade on sunny days. The variety of flavors was terrific and it was hard to choose. My husband picked watermelon sherbet and orange pineapple ice team. He said both flavors were terrific with the ice cream a subtle hit to his palate while the sherbet was stronger. Paired together it was perfect.
I tried the halo-halo, which means mix-mix in English. The balance of flavors was so refreshing and the crushed ice a great way to cool down on a hot day. This will be a go to stop when we are in the...
