China — Restaurant in Aiken County

I was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer. I walk in and the Chinese man (I’m assuming is the owner) didn’t acknowledge me. So I’m just at the register giving him time to acknowledge me. So after about 2 to 3 minutes, I let him know that I am there to pick up a DoorDash order. He rudely informs me that he doesn’t have any DoorDash orders. I proceeded to show him from my phone that he does have a DoorDash order. He then tells me no and walks away. So I am standing in the lobby looking like what just happened…..then 2 white woman walks in and he greets them and starts to take their order. I waiting for about another minute or two before I informed him again that I am here to pick up a DoorDash order. He rudely tells me that I need to wait. So I tells him that I thought you told me that you didn’t have any DoorDash orders. So he was trying to make me out to be the aggressor in front of those woman. Long store short, I was able to deliver the customers order with no problems. **WARNINGI advise any one of color to please not eat from this place. The disrespect that I received was so low vibrational that there’s no telling what he will do to your food because I really think he is a racist! All they want is your money. So if they don’t have any respect for you, why would they have any respect for you while...

We called in our order and talked to the woman that owns the restaurant. We ordered one almound chicken with chicken fried rice, the almond gravy and a separate order of the sweet and sour sauce to go with the dinner. Two sauces, in other words. We also ordered 10 fried chicken wings and a small egg drop soup. Well, when my husband picked up the order, she had poured the almond gravy over the chicken, then put a cup of the sweet and sour sauce on the side. We ordered two cups on the side, never did we say to pour any on the chicken. My husband told her son who waited on him when he picked it up, the order was wrong, his mom came out and told my husband he was wrong and she had the order right. Mind you, she was screaming at him. When my husband told her again that she fixed the order wrong, she then snatched the food out of my husband's hand and her son's hand and loudly said that she guessed that she would have to redo the order and told my husband that he talked too much. My husband told her to give him the food back and he told her that she needs to learn English better so that she could understand people and stop telling customers that they are wrong, when in fact, she was wrong. I called in and ordered 60.00 worth of food, once I was giving the two bags I asked the lady behind the counter she that it was so left. I get home and I'm missing a quart of shrimp lo mein and white rice. My wife called the store and explained to them what we were missing. Over the phone we were treated as if we were lying and the lady told us to pack up all of the food and bring it back. "60.00 worth of food" I asked will we be cooked a new order since I had to pack up the order? Then the lady proceeded to say just come in. We get to the restaurant with the receipt in hand and the store rep stated they don't answer the phones and she doesn't know what's going on. We explained what we were missing and she basically told us we're lying and that she packed it her self. Again I assured her that the items were missing. Plus my wife was not backing down.
