When did the lobby start closing before 9pm?!?? When it clearly states 10pm on both sets of doors! 3rd time this week I've walked down to have dinner just to get a locked door and employees sitting in the booth staring at me. Tonight I unfortunately wasn't the only one trying to dine in, there were 3 or 4 others attempting to dine in with no success. I use to actually like this hardees. Not so much anymore, I'm not sure what happened with the staff since I was last in town but the night shift needs fired and a new night shift needs found. The night employees are rude, they don't care about their jobs or the customers they're paid to serve. This is by far the slowest Hardees I've ever been to. One of the main reasons other then not caring about the service they give the guest, is that they are way to worried about getting out the door at excatly 10pm. The employees need to put down the towels and mops and maybe think about taking, preparing and serving the guest that essentially are the only reason they have a paycheck. The customer should always come before all closing tasks. The general manager, district manager and the owner need to either fire and replace current night employees or be the first Hardees that closes at 5pm. The owner should be ashamed to claim they own it because they don't care much about the guests if they're to blind to see what the night staff is doing to...
Read moreNow a good visit at all. While waiting to order online customer order was right apparently for the second time. He was already there with some of his order, then sent the hot dog back because it still wasn't right. One lady when placing her order it all wasn't rung up putting her without a meal. Orders was getting messed up and or not being filled fast enough. Oh my don't let me forget that there wasn't even any TEA URNS out in the LOBBY!! This was at around 6:00pm. All I can say....Just wasn't the night at the Clearwater Hardee's. No did not give them the change to screw up my order. Fisrt of all I had seen enough!! Secondly I WAS PISSED DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL TEA URNS HAD BEEN TAKING UP FROM THE LOBBY AGAIN!! REMEMBER THIS WAS AROUND 6:00 PM, CLOSING TIME IS 10:00 PM!!
A short while back I went and wasn't even halfway through eating, went to get more tea all tea urns had been taken up. I asked for some from the drive through, was told they were out. Would not be anymore made. This was at 7:15pm.
REALLY DON'T THINK I WILL BE GOING BACK DURING THERE DINNER HOURS....WON'T GET THE THIRD CHANCE TO PUSH...
Read moreI ordered one steak biscuit. Not knowing they were 2 for $5. She didn't say they were 2 for $5. I saw the sign after paying and asked the lady could I get the second biscuit * even offered to drive back around. she said no, I already paid. I went into store to see manager, I asked the girl at the counter who asked the supervisor same lady who turned me down. She could have said at the speaker "we have 2 for $5," but didn't. She very reluctantly gave me a second biscuit, and was telling her fellow employee in front of me at the counter that i only ordered one and that I was throwing off her inventory! What has happened to treating customers kindly? She was totally rude. I said thank you and she said nothing. Older lady. hateful, unkind attitude for customer service. On "Keep it kind" she failed today miserably. "Do unto others, as you'd have them do unto you" - God's golden rule. And " You reap what you sow" Her heart showed darkness this morning.
