Medina's Mexican Restaurant 2 — Restaurant in Aiken County

I placed an order at Medina and drove for 5 miles to pick it up. I got back home with the order and discovered that a major item in the meal (baked potato) was left out. When I called back to enquire, I was told that the cook forgot it and I should drive 5 miles back to pick it up. They refused to even give me partial credit for the baked potato. I drove back to ask for a full refund. Not a single person on the staff offered an apology or a refund for my troubles. I will definitely afford this place...

The food is really good. The bartender/server Steven was spectacular and attentive. The issues.. 2 nacho cheese burritos for $18 is REALLY high, $9 for one is fine, but need a deal on two. ($12 at teresas/mi rancho, $13 at pablos, $11 at Monterey). . But my biggest issue is 50¢ for a togo plate or to go cup is absolute robbery and horrible business practice. What next?
