Very disappointing experience at Mi Rancho in Wagener - Dina's service was unacceptable

I went to Mi Rancho in Wagener with my family, excited to enjoy a nice meal at a Latino restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience was completely disappointing due to the terrible service we received from one of the waitresses, named Dina (according to the name on her shirt).

From the start, the service was poor. Not only did she bring us the wrong dishes, but she also brought us items we didn't order. When we tried to explain in English what we had actually ordered and asked for corrections, Dina was disinterested and rude. Instead of trying to understand us, her attitude became one of frustration, and most frustrating of all, she never returned to our table to fix the issues or even check in to see if we were satisfied.

There weren’t many people in the restaurant, so we don’t believe she was overwhelmed with work. The service was slow and unfriendly, which made our visit very uncomfortable.

It’s a shame because the restaurant has potential, but this waitress completely ruined our experience. We hope the owners of Mi Rancho are aware of what happened because clearly, this person does not have the skills needed to work in customer service.

Given our poor experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant, and we recommend others to consider other options. There are many Latino restaurants in the area that offer better customer service and a much more pleasant experience.

A huge missed opportunity due to...

I gave five stars for service and atmosphere. Went here a couple months ago. Actually got sick. The chicken nachos were a solid chicken breast someone gave up on shredding. With some cheese and soggy chips. I wish I had asked to put the chips separate since it was a call in order. The macho burrito was so good when I had it ten years ago, this time the texture made me sick, tried to bite off the rubbery bacon that was still whole pieces ended up almost choking on a piece. I never had a churro and ordered one it that is the texture I don’t want another, had to chew it with my back teeth, it was hard. I left so I really can’t score the service...

Went here tonight and ordered 2 of the Mi Rancho fajitas and they brought it out to us on 1 tray saying this was both of our meals. Serving size was very small for the price. I do not recommend.

I have ordered the same meal from another mexican restaurant and wasn't able to finish the whole meal and had left overs but this time since I had to share the small serving size I wasn't full nor did I have any leftovers to take home. This place is a rip off.

I understand they are the only Mexican restaurant in miles but hell don't rip people off because you will end up...
