Subway — Restaurant in Aiken County

I would like to start by saying usually I have no issue with this particular subway. But I placed an online order for my wife, kids, and I around 8:00 pm. When I arrived to pick up my food around 8:20 pm. The employee was in the process of closing up for the night 40 minutes early. Not unheard of, small town so understandable. I stepped forward and before i could see if my order was complete and if they just had it in the back the employee says "we closed, bye." I then got one word out before the employee responded with"it's my last day, I don't care." I understand fast food is a hard job and not everyone is cut out for it. But i would have at least liked a refund since I didn't get my order and already...

Absolutely terrible service if I can give this place zero stars I would. I went last week and the line was long. A girl had on false lashes and was touching her face she didn't even wash her hands just continued making subs. I was so disgusted that I just turned and left. Came back the next day and another employee complained about how much she hates this job and that if she left subway will go under. I feel like that's none of my concern I only came here to get my food and leave. To make matters worse I ordered a steak sub but it was mainly bread. I don't post bad reviews, I only leave a review of positive because I won't bash the bad. And by no means is subway a five star venue when it comes to food and locations in general. But...

This location gets the five stars. Im not disappointed in the food when I'm done, even if it's busy and only one person is working and I wait half an hour. And at the very least, the person working is personable, professional, and does exactly what I'm expecting them to do. Every single time.
