While the food at Arby's is generally good and definitely better than the golden arches, this particular location needs to work on their employees attitudes and store hours. The sign on the front door indicates that the dining room is open until 10pm, but the door was locked at 9pm when I showed up and the gate separating the Arby's from the connecting store was down and locked. My only option is to walk through the drive thru because you're not going to drive a semi truck and trailer through the drive thru. I waited patiently for the customer at the window to drive off and I approached the window. I don't know how many times I had to knock on the window to get someone's attention, and that was even after 2 females inside saw me at the window. I was immediately told that I couldn't walk up to the window and order. I politely told the girl inside as I pointed over to my truck that my truck wouldn't go through the drive thru and they had already closed the dining room. She reluctantly took my order and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. 45 minutes before closing now and I can't even order a shake because I'm told the machine has already been turned off and is being cleaned. When my order was finished the girl practically shoved it through the window in my face. As a truck driver, it's difficult enough to find a place to park and still be able to get a good meal once in awhile. I chose to stop here because I refuse to eat at most fast food places and there is a small truck parking area. But if it's such an inconvenience for the employees to service the customers I'm sure I can find somewhere else to park and eat. I'm sure the money I spent at Arby's isn't going to make a huge impact on their bottom line, and if I took my business somewhere else they probably won't even notice. But I'm sure some other business(es) would appreciate it. If you don't want truck drivers in your store you should let us know we're not wanted. But think about how everything for your store...
Read moreYour drive threw person shouldn't be working in drive threw. She has black hair black glasses and a fish tattoo on hr left forearm. She was rude after she took my debit card. When handing it back with the receipt she barely had her hand out the window. Then shut the window. Handed me the order without a word shut the window. I asked for the dipping sauce for the popper's she rolled her eyes turned around grabbed 2 of them forcefully put them in my hand i said thank...she shut the window. If you are going for repeated customs this is not the way to do it. We waited 15 days for you to reopen and the first Sunday after reopening this is the new customer service that is to be expected we probably will...
Read moreI got an order of the new boneless chicken wings with buffalo sauce just yesterday. What a mistake!!!! I am never that hard on a fast-food restaurant, but I just have to say how HORRIBLE these pieces of chicken were. They were TOUGH, COLD, AND ABSOLUTELY NOT EDIBLE. Don't waste your money on these so-called boneless wings because you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EAT THEM. I also would advise not to get a large order of crinkle cut fries because all I got were little stubby pieces of dry hard fries instead of a normal looking french fry. I just can't believe how bad...
