So let me start by saying that the food was excellent here. I visited on 9/29/23 about 1030am. The yolk was broken when my food came but that didn't change the taste. What made me uncomfortable was my dark haired waitress. So here's my story. I was looking for a new place to try and found this on Google. I was seated by a pleasant woman. I was told my waitress was on break and a different one came up and asked what I wanted. I got the eggs over easy steak med potatoes crispy and sourdough toast and coffee. A few minutes later break waitress came back and asked what I wanted, I said the other lady had already put in my order. She said no, I have to take it. That irritated me sightly. As the other waitress sat my coffee down she said I already put it in. "Oh ok thanks." Don't worry lady you'll still get the tip. Sheesh. I also like my coffee a certain way so I cover it with a spoon(universal sign to leave it alone)she comes back shortly there after and starts to try to pour more coffee through the small opening on the side of the spoon. REALLY!!? I said what are you doing? Don't you want more coffee. I said NO, the spoon means leave it alone. That irritated me a bit more. After some time she brings my food. I'm a foodie and always take pictures for my reviews. She set the plate down and hovered over my shoulder without giving my any time to look at the food and get a good undisturbed picture but instead said check the steak to make sure it's done properly. COME ON LADY, GIVE ME SOME SPACE. So to please her, I cut into the end and she says," NOT THERE!, in the middle; that's where you need to cut it". Rushing me and I DON'T LIKE TO BE RUSHED. That upset me quite a bit... that kind of person may need to do something else. As i sat and waited to pay my bill she sat down next to her regulars and started chopping it up with them. She needs to learn when it's important to leave people alone to enjoy their meal and when they are ready to leave. I would love to go back there but I guarantee I will make sure not to sit in her section. First impressions are lasting but she made mine unpleasant. I will be adding pictures next week as I was using my work phone at that time. Great food,...
Read moreLet me start by saying, I'm not a picky eater... But the food was so awful here that I felt like I should say something.
I ate here with my mother last night (5/11/18) and I ordered the Lemon Chicken Piccata, and my mom ordered the seafood platter. Her food was mediocre at best, but my was just plain awful. My chicken was super overcooked, to the point it was almost like jerky. The server came back to ask how things were, and I pointed to the chicken (it even looked like a dry piece of leather with burnt edges) I told her it was very bad, she apologized and said she would have them make me another one. I really didn't want another one at this point because I didn't want to wait, but agreed to it anyway.
Well I finished the rest of my meal (the pasta) and my mom finished her meal, and we just sat their waiting for my replacement chicken. The server came over to us and apologized it was taking so long, so I just told her to put it in a go box because we were ready to leave.
Finally the manager came over and delivered the go box to the table. He didn't say anything, just kind of plopped the box on the table and walked off.
I wasn't rude about anything in the least, I simply (and politely) stated the chicken was bad (and it was visibly bad, it should not have left the kitchen in that state) I'd also like to reiterate that I never complain at restaurants, I usually just deal with the food and not say anything, this was so bad I had to say something.
On a final note, after I got home, I went to eat the replacement chicken they gave me, it was actually dryer and harder than the first one! Literally a piece of jerky. So...

Went tonight around 8 PM for dinner with my husband. Got seated and waited forever for service. Ordered and took a recommendation for the fish and chips and immediately regretted the selection. The fish had a weird breading, and no flavor to the point I was salting them. The garlic fries tasted like burn garlic. The coleslaw was just green cabbage and in a two tablespoon dressing cup. I was starving and tried to choke it down.
My husband got a steak which was over salted, and loaded mashed potatoes that had extra crispy/burnt bacon bits. He selected the pozole soup as his starter and neither of us were crazy about it.
We only got one drink and we're never asked if we wanted a refill.
The restaurant was over half empty and the service was the worst we have had anywhere recently.
Original review My husband and I got the Prime Rib special on Wednesday night. The let us sub the basket potato for loaded mash potatoes and everything that came with our meal was amazing.
They were packed with a full bar, back room group, and almost every table full(the ones that weren't I'm guess were due to a staffing shortage). The service was still wonderful, with food coming out as fast as they could with decently timed courses.
The food was good, not the best I've ever had but way better experience and meal than their sister casino in Chewelah. I also liked that the meal came with everything including your wine (which we subbed out for a beer and a cider).
I also observed the staff taking excellent care of an older couple that needed a little extra attention and assistance with...
