I had gone in there for a return of a switch game I bought on Amazon. A nice lady had helped me. The post office had directed me here telling me it wasn't UPS location. so I had asked the lady if I was in the correct spot showing her the email Amazon had sent me with the scan code for her to print a label the lady had said that no I wasn't in the right spot but she could help me.she directed me out of the email and into my Amazon account into my orders and we had tried to email the label to her so she can send out my return the label wasn't going through the email was just taking a while so she had to do it a different way I had to tinkle and felt I was rushing her I felt bad but she had kindly proceeded to do it a different way through Wi-Fi it was pretty cool through Wi-Fi she had printed the label off my phone it was pretty neat and was done in seconds she was so helpful and awesome I had to take the time to make this review! I LOVE this place!!! It is so unbelievably convenient and the staff are all so friendly and provide excellent, quick service! Been going for years for various needs, including shipping, buying stamps, getting copies, etc. last time I was in (a few weeks ago I believe) I had gone in for notary. I can’t remember her name, but the notary lady was so helpful and notarized my paperwork on the spot. She even gave me excellent advice (always get a copy when it comes to notarizing things, especially for government purposes), which hadn’t even crossed my mind for some reason. And not that it has anything to do with providing services, but there is a ton of cute and fun stuff to look at if you have to wait in line (sometimes they’re really busy)! They have little trinkets and gifts and cards and stuff, some of the most random but adorable things! i have been in this store multiple times and never had a problem. I have even recommended this place to others. I went in today and was told I couldn't be helped because they close in 10 minutes. It was an older woman and the way she told me no that made me angry. After taking my USB and me telling her I needed a quick copy she handed it back and said "NOPE" very rudely. She then pointed at the clock and said they close in 10 minutes. Then she told me it's always a 24 hour wait to have something printed on the large printer. I have never ever had to wait 24 hours, but I could have went back tomorrow about midday for it and that would not have been a problem for me. That very rude nope however was offensive and I will have to wait for tomorrow but will be getting my copy elsewhere. Not saying I will never go to that store again because I have had excellent service there in the past, but I wont be back for a while and certainly not...
