The staff working the evening of 5/14/23 was the rudest group of individuals I have ever encountered at this location. I placed my order and was asked what kind of beans I wanted. I asked for black beans on the bowl I ordered and the team member strained what few beans remained from the pan and then moved on like he was hoping I wouldn't notice it was not even a 1/4 of a spoonful. I asked for more and he said they were out. His coworker next to him very harshly said, yeah, we're out and there is a least a 20 minute wait. I was taken aback by her tone. After that, I didn't bother to ask for the fajita veggies for the burrito aw I could see they were out of those too and didn't want to get my head bitten off again. She proceeded to add the rest of the toppings to my bowl and the burrito I had ordered. I asked for a large side of quacamole and she put so much in the container it ran over the sides but she still smashed the lid down on top causing it to overflow more. Instead of getting a new container that didn't have guacamole all over it or at least wiping the current container off, she just laid the lid on top and slid it to the cashier. I asked for a new container of quacamole as the state of that container was ridiculous. The cashier roller her eyes and told the team member who originally filled the container I wanted a new and also told her coworker just to. take out what was in the original container and put it in a different one to which the other girl replied Oh, I'm. about to. She then proceeded to SLAM the new container down on the counter and walk away. I stated that was unnecessary. The cashier didn't even look at me when she slid my bag to me. I noticed that the cup for the large soda I had ordered and paid for was not given to me. When I asked the cashier for it, she again rolled her eyes, acted like I was the biggest inconvenience in the world and tossed it in my bag. I would have asked for a manager but decided that if there was a manager on site, it would do no good to speak with them as they obviously weren't monitoring what was going on or didn't care, I would love to speak to someone at the corporate office but good luck figuring out how to contact them. If you go in person it’s not too bad but your stuff is still cold and you have to ask for extra everything to get a normal amount and some of the employees have attitude. The biggest issue is online, everywhere isn’t as good online as in person but this location is a nightmare. on multiple occasions I’ve had queso spill in the bag and onto my car seat this time was just horrible it was all over and the bag was half busted open on the side that the lady handed it to me by and I couldn’t see it till I was gone there is zero chance she couldn’t see it. Even if you put extra everything there’s still barely anything these people have no accountability or integrity when your not there watching them make your food it’s unbelievable, I have NEVER gotten snippy at service employees because most the time they don’t deserve it but these people are unapologetic and are not held accountable it’s just common sense a lot of the time like if you place the queso normally instead of just yeating it in the bag like they always do this wouldn’t happen. I stuck up for the place until I ate there this week ....O my The server was very polite, and it looked as if she was the only one working. It took forever to get cashed out. I went to the self-serve area. I got the last fork the trash was piled up, and at least half the tables needed wiped off I sat down, and I was observing behind the counter and a girl who claimed to be the manager was doing prep work. The counter had several stacks of dirty steam pan's To top it off, she was pouring a pot full of beans into a steam pan and she had a major spill the beans went on to the prep table where the dirty pan's were stacked up so she took and scooped the spill into the steam pan with the rest. Then she cleaned the floor up with paper towels. She never washed her hands. While all this was going on she was cooking on the grill, She did use the meat thermometer, but the grill was chard black. I saw her scrape it once. Another customer told her I was watching her, waiting for her to put those beans into the steamer! She said I'm the manager and I make the decisions, and I'm not going to use those beans. Moral of the next-door blog Now I have to agree with what they were saying.
